Meals on Wheels provides the community with two different meal service programs.

• Meals on Wheels Service - Hot Meal Program
  Our hot meal program consists of a meal of generous proportions including soup, dessert and a hot entré at a cost of $6.00 per meal (including delivery). It is delivered fresh to your door over the lunch hour.
  
  Meals are delivered Monday, Wednesday & Fridays in the Kelowna area, and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in Rutland and Westside.
  
  Cheerful and compassionate volunteers ensure delivery in a timely and dependable manner.
  
  Additional meals can be ordered as required.
  
  Meals are nutritionally well balanced and prepared with low fat and low salt content. Many of our clients are able to make 2 meals from each meal delivered.
   
• "Get healthy, Stay healthy" with our nutritious and delicious meals. We can accomodate various specific needs or allergies. Call our office to discuss your situation.

• Dinners @ Home Service - Frozen Entrés and Soups
  For the next best thing to home cooking try our frozen "Dinners @ Home". Te delicious frozen soups are a hearty "double" size (12 oz) of vegetables, meats and/or pasta and provide an excellent meal on their own or as a tasty appetizer with an entré. All meals are prepared under the supervision of a Chef in the Penticton Regional Hospital specifically for this program and are nutritionally balanced. A full nutritional content is printed on each container. The meals have a "best before" date up to 90 days so are always fresh. They can be picked up or delivered to your home.
  
  There is a small delivery fee per order for the Dinners @ Home Service.
