Meals on Wheels is more than good nutrition: it creates and promotes a beautiful form of community as caring volunteers cook nutritious and tasty food, cheerfully deliver meals through any and all weather, and encourage our seniors and shut-ins by brightening their day.

Hot and nutritious meals @ only $6.00 per meal including soup, entree and dessert.

  • Low salt & low fat meals suitable for diabetics.
  • Minced, pureed or vegetarian meals available.
  • Delivered to your home in Kelowna, Rutland and Westside.
  • Up to three days a week.
  • Delivered over the lunch hour by kind and generous volunteers who joyfully give of their time and vehicle.
  • Available to anyone who has difficulty purchasing and preparing meals
    - convalescents
    - seniors
    - handicapped or disabled individuals
  • Hot meals provided by Kelowna Full Gospel Church
